In the hopes of relieving chronic stress from the daily life
challenges of work and school, Maria discovered yoga. After joining
her first class little did she know that the practice of yoga would
change her life in the best way possible—Yoga became a source of joy
and liberation in her life. Not only was it a great immune booster,
but the practice helped her feel more connected with her soul and
mind, allowing her to find inner peace and confidence to take on the
adversities of life.

Her mission is to share this same healing experience of Yoga with
others, helping those in need to become more connected with their
authentic self while implementing yoga as a healthy and positive

Maria teaches vinyasa flow and hatha style guiding her students to
live in awareness and be more connected with their mind, body, and
spirit. Ultimately to discover the best versions of themselves and
find inner peace in their own life journey.

Maria is an advocate of health promotion and disease preventive
lifestyles. She received a RYT 200 hr at Mira Costa college and a
Bachelors in Health Sciences at California State University, Fullerton.
