Born and raised in Milan, I started practicing in 2007 Ashtanga Vinyasa; after years of gym, fitness and kick boxing I finally found a discipline that implies not only strenght and resistence, but also phases not foreseen by most of the physical activities: extension and flexilibity.
I immediately dedicated myself to daily practice of yoga and meditation, by deepening different styles, besides Asthanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Hatha and Kriya Natha and kept on practicing during pregnancy as well, drawing benefits on a psycho-physical level.
In 2008 I was initiated to the meditation techniques of Kriya Yoga by Roy Eugene Davis, direct disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda.
In 2009 I founded Kriya Yoga Ashram Milano with Giovanni Formisano.
In 2013 I obtained a diploma as teacher of Integral Kriya Yoga achieving a Yoga Alliance 200h RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) Certification from Kriya Yoga Ashram. I started immediately teaching to groups, individuals and Corporate Yoga with great intensity, willing to pass on to students the power and beauty of this ancient scientific art.
Currently completing 500 RYT with Odaka Yoga.
During these years I've attended seminars and workshops in Italy and abroad (Sri Sheshadri - Patanjala Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in Mysore, Gosh Yoga College in Kolkata, Lino Miele in Milan, Marco Mandrino in Milan, Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Chennai, Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, David Sye in Milan) Odaka Yoga, David Swenson, Jivamukti e Dharma Mittra a New York, Kino MacGregor, Magali Lehners, Jules Febre, Dechen Thurman (Jivamukti), Benjamin Sears (LuxYoga), Eyal Shifroni (Iyengar Yoga), Sharon Gannon in Paris
