Yoga Instructor & BioEngineer with scientific approach to a yoga practice adapted to one's urban daily life, which is usually centred in work/study/family , and its needs.
Private classes are available, designed for each individual, he/she own needs, rhythm in evolving and learning, relaxation or focusing techniques.

Yoga is Yoga. Is what I believe. I do not follow or belong to any modern method or school of yoga. My studies on yoga stemmed from my teachers who presented me to YOGA, through Traditional Ancient Yoga and from teachers usually indicated by them who had developed particular techniques in the way of sharing yoga with their students, not only physical but also theoretical, finding my way to the Yoga Practice in all its physical, mental and philosophic spheres.

The classes are adapted to the capacities of the students in a way they can feel free & comfortable. They include the practice of ASANAS, which are the poses, PRANAYAMA, the breathing exercises, YOGANIDRA, the relaxation exercise, and MEDITATION.

The language used during the class depends on the present students and may be switched between ENGLISH, SPANISH and PORTUGUESE.

Aulas privadas são disponibilizadas, adaptadas a cada indivíduo.
Aulas podem ser dadas em centros de yoga, desportivos, empresas ou associações.

As aulas são adapatadas às capacidades dos alunos de forma a que se sintam livres & confortáveis. Incluem a prática de ASANAS, que são as poses, PRANAYAMA, os exercícios d respiração, YOGANIDRA, exercícios de relaxamento e meditação.

A aula pode ser dada em PORTUGUÊS, ESPANHOL ou INGLÊS, dependendo dos alunos interessados.

Las clases se adaptan a las capacidades de los alumnos, de forma a que se sientan libres & confortables. Incluyen la práctica de ASANAS, que son las poses, PRANAYAMA, los ejercicios de respiración, YOGANIDRA, el ejercicio de relajación, y MEDITACIÓN.

Clases privadas sos disponibilizadas, adaptadas a cada indivíduo.
La clases pueden ser impartidas en centros de yoga, centros de deporte, oficinas o asociaciones.

El lenguaje utilizado durante la clase depende de los alumnos presentes y puede cambiar entre INGLÉS, ESPAÑOL Y PORTUGUÉS.
