I was immediately hooked on yoga after taking my first yoga class twenty years ago. The mind body benefits exceeded any other workout I had encountered so I made yoga a part of my exercise regiment. Today I teach vinyasa yoga and have come a long way in my personal practice. I enjoy sharing my love of yoga as a teacher as much as I enjoy the many benefits yoga continues to offer me. I practice yoga as a gift to myself to live a healthier and happier life everyday and teaching yoga is a gift I am honored to give to others.
