I am a RYT200, certified teacher in Hatha Yoga. I have been a dedicated yoga practitioner for over 4 years. My relationship with yoga is continually growing through a combination of personal practice, curious exploration and committed study. My varied yoga classes blend mindful slow-flowing posture sequences with breathing exercises, and guided meditation and relaxation to promote physical and emotional well-being. In my classes I help practitioners to release layers of tension by gently and effortlessly stretching with the full support of props always keeping in mind each student’s level and rage of motion. Keeping safety first my classes challenge students to reach their full potential. My passion is to share the healing powers of yoga and to inspire others to live a healthy life by uniting body, mind and spirit through the practice of yoga.
