Maria Tsagkla, born in Athens 1993. From a young age she was involved with rhythmic gymnastics where she came closer with her body and its needs, through movement.
At the same time she attended music lessons and later obtained a degree in music harmony, audio engineering and seminars in music therapy.
Her first contact with yoga was in 2016. The benefits of the practice were obvious in her daily life so she decide to follow this path in her life.
In 2017 she attended a seminar on therapeutic oil massage at the School of Ancient Greek and Chinese Medicine of Alexandros Tillikidis.
In 2018 she started attending regular Tantra yoga classes.
In 2019 she become a certified teacher of Hatha yoga from the Yoga Alliance and continued postgraduate programs for people with orthopedic diseases, 3rd age and pregnancy.
Until now she continues developing her practice and knowledge, while at the same time teaches yoga classes and gives massage therapies.
For the last two years she has been attending intensive Acro yoga seminars and classes and has taken part as co-instructor of Acro yoga classes and jams.
