Yoga found me at the beginning of menopause while I was experiencing very strong hormonal fluctuations and the effects they had on my body and mind were terrifying for me. Those were very difficult years. But a dedicated practice of yoga helped me through, and here I am.
Through yoga I became stronger, more flexible, more balanced and more focused and it helped me to navigate through the menopausal tunnel with grace and understanding. Bringing yoga to the people is my passion and helping them find inner peace, my mission. My yoga is for everyone who has a curiosity to go beyond asana alone and explore a little with the breath.
