Yoga found me later in life and changed everything for the better.
I discovered that is was not the pushing and the struggling, but manipulating prana with deep breathing techniques that could open my body it to a level it had never been before, while keeping it sweet, simple and doable.
Through dedicated study and practice I discovered that simple postures ( asanas) combined with movement and deep breathing techniques (pranayam) can open and shape a mature body in ways I didn't think were possible. I even gained back an inch in lost height and I find myself getting stronger and more flexible on the physical, mental and spiritual level as I practice and teach on. It is the gift that keeps on giving and it is my intention to give and share the art of breath and yoga as much as I can with everybody who sincerely wants to learn.
