Doing yoga for more than 10 years in a style inspired by Iyengar Asthanga yoga. Unless needed otherwise, I always design practice that include standing pose, backbend, torsion, forward bend and some restorative at the end.
I give private course at your home or mine. I am available all day (except wednesday&sunday) between 11h-13h.
