I have dedicated my life to the study of yoga. My journey began at a very early age at home, where the family was encouraged to meditate and practice asanas daily. I later went on to study eastern philosophy and with Iyengar, Desikachar, Gurmukh and Pandit Rajmani Tigunait.
As a leader in the yoga community, I have been teaching yoga for more than 30 years, drawing on the traditions of Bhakti, Tantra, Hatha and Vinyasa to help bring the ancient universal wisdom to modern seekers. What the Ancients called the sacred path has become a way of life for me. It’s about healing both body and mind, experiencing peaceful connection and discovering who we are and why we are here on this earth in this lifetime. My multidimensional yoga trainings will inspire you to live from your heart, to find your peaceful inner strength and to see the unity within our diversity that we are all One.
I am a graduate of Indiana University, Yoga Alliance certified 500 E-RYT, and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). I am very proud and humbled to have the opportunity to help launch the careers of hundreds of yoga teachers and studio owners in over 60 countries around the globe.
It is my long-held belief that yoga is a way of living, each of us a unique person, each of us a unique practice. You must put yourself — as well as your Self — into your practice. In doing so, you awaken something inside that inspires others. The uniqueness you bring to your teaching will help your students live in the world lighter, more present, and focused.
All of life is energy and life is in constant change, constant flow. Learn how to connect this flow through a new way of seeing that allows us to breathe and expand into the Spiritual beings that we are.
