I’ve been practising yoga for over 11 years and started classes whilst living in London. I’ve practised different styles including Hatha, Iyengar and restorative yoga.
In January 2018 I completed my 350 hour Yoga Australia course with Kate Pell in Bowral. I’m keen to share my love of yoga and the numerous benefits a regular practice can bring with as many people as possible. I have started teaching in Moss Vale in the beautiful Southern Highlands. I will also be doing a yin course later this year in May.
I am also available for private group or one to one classes.
