Yoga Thurles classes run by Marie Mills at Baker Street a Yoga room designed for comfort. Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are provided. You just need to wear comfortable clothing and perhaps bring a bottle of water.
Every class includes postures, relaxation skills, focus tools, breathing practices and ideas on how to implement better breathing in daily life. We also try to soothe the senses (pratyahara) and the mind through meditation and mindfulness.
As an Ayurvedic therapist I also include seasonal information and tips on simple ways to soothe the body through nutrition and lifestyle. :)
