After a decade of consistent practice in a variety of styles, I began to teach in 2010. My original certificate is hatha-based; I have since completed additional trainings in kundalini, vinyasa, yin, and restorative. Kundalini yoga is the method that has most turbo-charged my connection to by own boundlessness, and I’m now passionate about sharing this practice in all of its transformational capacity with yogis new and experienced.
My studies of yogic philosophy and transpersonal psychology facilitate an exploration of the psycho emotional experience during my classes. You will surely work hard and have fun, and yet I'm most interested in your efforts to be present. I am inspired by students who are willing to soften their views of their body, who will commit to diligently being with their breath, and who can courageously bare witness to matters of the heart.
