My first yoga class started 10 years ago and since 5 years I am having a regular practice. In 2015 I completed a 200hrs classical hatha yoga teacher training in India that gave me the confidence and required background to start teaching yoga asana classes in Holland.
Through my deep relation with nature and the desire to offer yoga classes on a deeper leveI, I completed my 500hrs yoga therapy course at the Elemental Yoga School in Bali.
In my yoga classes you will find a reflection based on daily life, smooth flows which are easy going as well as challenges. Learning how to appreciate small things and connecting to nature in the most direct way by seeing your own body as a climate.
Our life is a cycle and in our lives and nature we can see so many of these cycles. The moon phases, the seasonal changes, a menstrual cycle, our daily routines…it has all impact on our moods, energy level, health and immune system I believe.
Through a yoga practice we can learn how to deal with these different circumstances. Symptoms like stress, (addictive) behavioral patterns and how we deal with relationships can be easily changed and brought back to a natural balance cycle by stimulating our energy flow with a direct approach.
