Marina's classes are light-hearted and filled with joy. With a focus on Self-realization, all of her yoga classes incorporate meditation, pranayama, music, and all 8 limbs of Hatha-Raja Yoga. She aims to help students discover their innate power through a more receptive and softening approach, rather than a rigid and resistant way of moving. Her classes are inspired by the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra and the styles of Jivamukti and Kundalini Yoga.
