Having practiced yoga for many years, I have created a space in my home and garden to share the benefits with others in small friendly groups.
We practice at our own levels to benefit according to our needs and abilities at the time.
Relaxation, meditation and visualisation are a part of our experience.
I am lucky to be always learning and growing from my own practice, and the teaching of the special people who come to me.
Because of Covid we are practicing outside in the garden unless it rains in which case, we will resort to Zoom.
