I have been practising Yoga for 18 years and teaching for the last 8 years. Over time I have developed my own style of Hatha Yoga with particular focus on postural alignment, breath work and restorative practice. My inspiration is derived from some of the many wonderful teachers I have encountered both in the UK and in India. I believe my down to earth approach makes my yoga classes accessible for everyone regardless of age, ability
