I love to move and to be in my body.
I found my way to yoga through martial arts as I needed something to balance my body, mind and spirit.
I needed to have the softer aspect of life in my daily routine.
After obtaining my 200hr Hatha-Vinyasa certification, I found my way to the CHEK institute to become a Holistic Lifestyle coach. Pursued further training in Restorative and Suspension yoga.
I've also obtained my Master Reiki certification as I was working with energy through my holistic lifestyle coaching.
I have always been fascinated with the capabilities of the human body. I strive to be as healthy as I can be physically, mentally and spiritualy.
Yoga has been one of my greatest tools to open me up to my own truth and the truth that I live with every day.
