I’ve spent over a decade managing businesses in the grueling restaurant industry. I managed to maintain my sanity through high stress and long hours by making time for health and fitness. I’m an avid participant in team sports through the San Antonio Sports and Social Club, weight training, and yoga. My yoga journey began in 2011 after curiously wandering into a Broga Yoga class where I was instantly hooked by the approachability, the high intensity, the relaxation and all of the other benefits of a solid yoga practice. As a busy young professional there are never enough hours in a day. An hour in Broga Yoga to me was just as good as a solid workout, a massage, and visit to a therapist. I became a certified instructor because I truly believe it is a great way to maintain mental and physical well-being and I want to share that with others.
