Real Yoga for real people straight from the Heart

Mark has been my teacher and friend for 15 years now, and he helped me when it mattered most, without ever asking anything in return. He simply connected me with my breath and the needed healing happened in due time. He showed me how to do MY Yoga and don't worry about anything, for life is not a problem to be solved but a continuous process of self-development and regeneration. My Yoga therefore had stopped being a struggle to become what I was not, but instead became a daily discipline of pleasure and a deeply devotional practice: devotion to my own Heart, love for all forms of life and union with all Life. The ancient promise of Yoga, powerful peace and peaceful power, followed me ever since.

Purely authentic.

It's been my pleasure to spend nearly 100 hours learning from Mark in several workshops/teacher trainings. I had been practicing yoga for several years prior to our first meeting, but my yoga practice became my own after learning from Mark. The last day I did not practice yoga was Easter Sunday 2011. I've been able to maintain a fresh, daily practice following the method and philosophy Mark taught me. A gentle, breath centered asana practice tailored to my daily needs. Like Mark says, "Yoga is not the search for something as though something is missing. Yoga is the celebration of life as it's freely given."
