Yoga allows me to see myself more clearly. It encourages me to stay present, and to be inquisitive, fearless, and kind towards whatever faces me on and off the mat. After being drawn to teach during many years of consistent practice, I completed my training through YogaWorks with Chrissy Carter. In my class you will move through thoughtful sequences built around families of poses or actions. You will receive clear alignment cues as we work to build heat, and you may play with props as we delve deeper into some poses. I strive to create a caring environment, within which you can be supported and challenged as you explore your own practice.
