This approach builds strength, stamina, balance, and flexibility. I give clear instructions on structural alignment, which helps to align the body and develop awareness. Students receive individual attention within a group class. The poses (asana) are taught in a systematic way, first by building the foundation of the poses within a class and then by reinforcing and refining the poses in subsequent classes.
