Marta has been fascinated with Eastern philosophies and yoga since her teens. She has been teaching yoga since 2008 and is fully certified by the British Wheel of Yoga, also registered with REP’s and The Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre.
She is the founder of The Yoga Project, a platform that specialises in designing yoga practices for individual and corporate clients, for athletes and golfers as well as people affected by cancer and addiction.
Most importantly Marta’s teaching focuses on offerring her students a toolbox of yogic practices that can help to overcome the stresses of modern life as well as navigating their way through life’s difficulties.
She teaches yoga through a vast network of classes in North West and Central London and although coming from a strong tradition of Hatha Yoga she is not afraid to blend different styles of teaching and borrow the best elements from Satyananda, Vinyasa and Iyengar yoga to create her own, unique, unrestricted style that suits the needs of her students.
The eighteen years’ experience she gained in the wellbeing industry specialising in holistic therapies and massage as well as her interest in psychology and alternative therapies, have also greatly informed and continue to inspire her teaching.
