After a 15 year career as a professional ballet dancer, teaching yoga has become my passion. I have dedicated myself to the method of Iyengar yoga. I have been lucky enough to have had the opportunity to study with Lois Steinberg and Manouso Manous. I travel regularly to the BKS Iyengar Yoga Studio of Dallas to study with my teacher, Randy Just. I will be attending the International Iyengar Yoga Convention this year to study with Abhijata Iyengar, BKS Iyengar's granddaughter.
I own and operate The Yoga Studio of Little Rock and teach several classes weekly.
