My favorite Mellow Flow teacher! Marti's classes are slow moving, but challenging where you hold the poses longer & move at a slower pace. I love when she threads her classes with the teachings of the Sutras. You will definitely feel loved & blissful when you leave her class. Xoxo, Marti
