As a Sivananda-Yoga teacher I focus a lot on connecting Asanas with breathing and experiencing the body. I´m using my voice, meditation-singing-bowls and chimes to create the right atmosphere for the unity of body, mind and soul.
I'm also trained now in Ashtanga/Vinyasa and fell in love with combining mindful flowing movements with breath.
I'm taking the best of both traditions and combining them in a unique way to have the benefits of both.
