A French native, raised in Bordeaux, I got introduced to Yoga whilst living in Chicago, US back in 1997 but it was in London where I lived for 15 years that a genuine interest arose through attending regular Iyengar classes; Yet, my curious nature and voracious thirst for knowledge led me to branch out to other schools of Yoga (Sivananda, Asthanga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Accro Yoga). Learning from different schools of yoga allowed me to introduce more creativity and diversity into my teaching.
Each session includes pranayama (breathing), asanas (postures) and relaxation using various techniques to restore overall body and mind well-being. The participants are introduced to different yogic activities. The Yoga is Hatha dynamic to suit all levels.
I joined the wine trade some 24 years ago and have not looked back since!
I started my wine career working for the then trading section of reputed Château Lynch Bages. This has sowed the seeds of a genuine passion for wine. I have visited most major wine regions both in the Old and New World either as part of my work in the wine trade or as personal visits to further my wine knowledge. I obtained the Diploma through the WSET and was for many years part of the Master of Wines program. I am also a certified WSET wine educator at Advanced level.
