I started doing Kundalini Yoga in 2003 after a brain injury car accident from which I started having migraines, panic attacks, and other challenges. Once I started Kundalini, my body began to relax, the migraines stopped and no more panic attacks! It literally saved my life. It was healing me on so/ul many levels. It was then that I started thinking about teaching. I had experienced first hand what Kundalini could do for someone. I'm now a happy KRI Certified Kundalini Teacher.
I continue to train and learn on an ongoing basis, and have been blessed to train under Karta Purkh, Siri Kaur, Guru Singh, Mata Mandir GuruMeher Khalsa, Raghubir Kaur Khalsa, Guru Jagat, Guru Rattana, Hari Kaur Khalsa, Nirvair Khalsa, Mahanraj Kaur and Singh, and many more.
