Mary Beth Ansell

Mary Beth is my childhood name that I now use when I teach yoga! My yoga journey has included getting certified in the Himalayan tradition- completing the 500 RYT program and becoming a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT). I teach a prenatal yoga class at Synergy Yoga. Prenatal, Postnatal, Fertility and Menopause are areas of great interest to me so look for more speciality classes related to women in these stages of their lives!
