I am a passionate, playful yoga teacher in the vinyasa yoga style, 500 RYT. My classes are wild, choreographic, hilarious, philosophical and athletic. I came to yoga for physical therapy after a terrible bicycle accident, in chronic pain and needing to lose weight, so I know firsthand the transformative effects of the practise, and can compassionately lead my students to new levels of physical fitness and happiness. The biggest thing yoga has taught me and that I try to pass on is that living with compassion and self love and acceptance is a radical act of political rebellion. I studied with my guru Anna Laurita in Mexico and have also done workshops with Master Duncan Wong, Kino MacGregor, Kathryn Budig and Sharon Gannon and was trained to teach by Kate Moll. I have also travelled to India to study ashtanga yoga in Mysore and stayed in Ashrams in Kerala and Rishikesh.
