I’ve been a fitness instructor for 20years, have been teaching Pilates for 11 yrs and came to yoga, or yoga came to me, 2yrs ago. I qualified as a RYS200 yoga teacher in 2015, and enjoy teaching Hatha, Hatha flow and gentle Vinyasa. I endeavour to make my classes inclusive and relaxed, whilst breaking down postures to make them as accessible and achievable as possible. Ultimately, I hope to offer a class that adds value to your health and well being, and allows people a little bit of sanctuary from the “daily grind” .
