I discovered yoga after suffering a traumatic running injury in 2006, and from that moment on, the practice has completely transformed my life journey. After finding healing through a regular practice, I was determined to share this modality with others.
I completed both my 200 and 500-hour trainings at Tranquil Space in Washington, DC, where I worked as a Studio Director and teacher for 3.5 years before moving to Cape Cod.
My teaching style has been described as sunny, encouraging, and inclusive; I invites my students to truly listen to their bodies while practicing, as I believes that the modern-day individual tends to ignore his or her body until it screams out for attention.
WhenI am not teaching or practicing yoga, I can be found painting in my studio, writing, running my small consulting business, or blogging. Learn more and join me on my journey at
