Mary Hilliker, RD, E-RYT 500, CYT, is a Certified Viniyoga Teacher & Yoga Therapist. The transformational and healing power of yoga…that’s what awakened Mary’s passion for teaching and continues to inspire her in her teaching and Yoga Therapy work. Mary’s goal is to help each individual apply the tools of yoga in ways that are applicable to their daily life, their health concerns and personal goals. She has completed a 200 hr hatha yoga certification, 500 hr Viniyoga teacher training, and the American Viniyoga Institute's Yoga Therapist training. She continues to study with Gary Kraftsow and the American Viniyoga Institute and is a faculty member for their 200 hr Viniyoga Wellness Instructor Training and Viniyoga Therapist Training.
