My ethos and passion is to "teach an authentic approach to yoga, to make yoga inclusive and accessible to all, regardless of age and abilities".

I am the founder of and The Bhuti Yoga Retreat. I am a qualified British Wheel of Yoga 'Diploma' and 'Foundation Course Teacher', Business and Health and Wellbeing Coach, NLP Practitioner , 'Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs' qualified teacher, 'Mindfulness Meditation' Teacher, restorative, yin, hatha, vinyasa, acro yoga and Yoga Alliance Teacher teacher.

Yoga is my passion and my life, having stumbled upon yoga some years ago, I felt the benefits of yoga after my first class, from that moment on yoga became a big part of my life and has certainly changed the way I view 'life'. So much so that I went on to study the three year Yoga Teacher Diploma course with the BWY and became a teacher myself. I initially studied the BWY 'Foundation Course' and this course did light my fire and my thirst for knowledge and all things 'yoga'. My dream was to open my own studio and finally in January 2017 my dream came true. Set in two acres of land in a the Norfolk countryside The Bhuti Yoga Retreat was born. Bhuti translates as 'Wellbeing', this name is very fitting as the studio does really feel like a retreat from the hectic world we seem to live in.

My other passion is sharing the benefits of yoga and a healthy lifestyle through my writing. I regularly write articles on various topics on yoga, health and wellbeing and healthy eating which are published in various, yoga and health and wellbeing magazines.

I offer yoga, relaxation and mindfulness meditation classes, workshops and retreats, private appointments and presentations and talks in Norfolk and the UK.

I also offer restorative yoga where I work with those individuals with limited ability, illness, in recovery from an illness or have some form of physical, emotional and mental challenges.

I am also a qualified Coach and Mentor, I love this role too - I have a passion for people and I believe we are all entitled to live a conscious, happy and healthy life. I love helping individuals to make positive changes within their own lives, to help them develop self-awareness, mindfulness, recognise opportunities and discover their true Self and their vocation in life. I hope that I inspire and instil in others, the philosophy of yoga and encourage them to live a conscious, happy and healthy life.

I offer coaching, mentoring and supervision to student and qualified yoga teachers and anyone who feels they require support on their own journey.

I love aerial yoga and when I am not on my yoga mat you may well find me upside down on the Hoop (Lyra), trapeze or silks practising yoga moves.

Namaste :)
