I am an E-RYT 200, RYT 500 Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructor and hold training certificates in Pilates. With over 10 years of yoga and pilates practice experience, I love to educate myself in these two disciplines. I am a certified Yin Yoga instructor. I'm currently training for Pilates Method Alliance certification through Balanced Body and studying to be an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant. I am very passionate about feeling the aliveness from flowing and moving with the breath. When I am not relishing in the energy of teaching my students and my personal practice, you may find me spending time with family & friends, nature loving through hiking, snuggling my dogs, reading young adult dystopian novels, volunteering in the community, tasting wine with friends, and daydreaming about mountain getaways.
