Mary's yoga class is especially good for opening up the hips prior to the sitting meditation we do at Sarasota Mindfulness Institute. Her class is very gentle and at the same time I feel my sitting posture is much easier after having taken yoga with Mary. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a gentle, calming class and especially those who are working on more ease in their sitting posture.
Mary catered her class to what i needed when i was pregnant. She is very knowledgeable and fun. She does laughter yoga too. She has a way of making you comfortable doing the must creative things. She is healing to be around. I just want to follow her around all day.
Mary is so much fun to work with. She is passionate, knowledgeable, and genuine.
Mary's laugh fills the room. I couldn't resist laughing along. She does an excellent job of explaining the health benefits of laughter, while still keeping thing light, fun and full of joy!

Mary helps you focus in on what you need and what you want! Small class sizes mean she has the time to focus in in you, your body and your breath. She's very gentle, but will lead you where you need to go . I can't say enough positive things about my time with her!
