I am a yoga teacher that has been trained with 200 hours by Robin Buck at Jane's House of Well-Being. I have been practicing for 3 years and I have been teaching for 1.5 years. I found yoga while on my journey of finding relief of my relapsing remitting Multiple Sclerosis that I have had for 15 years. Hatha yoga has helped me with balance, concentration, flexibility and provided me a guide for finding some calm in myself and seeing my true self more clearly. Yoga and the yoga community has changed my life dramatically for the better. ❤️
