Found yoga when I was experiencing debilitating back pain and migraines, a stud pain subsided I wanted to know more about why yoga made me feel so much better. After I took the 200 hr training I taught at a teen crisis center and took ChildLight yoga training and taught several kids yoga classs. When I discovered Holy yoga, I took several of the HY specialty trainings that qualified me to teach Chair yoga at a Senior center. I teach now at several area churches both Chair and gentle yoga, along with a healthy dose of meditation and breath practice. I also offer yoga therapy one on one to help others heal from physical and spiritual wounds.
