My yoga practice that includes meditation both at home and at Adelaide Yoga Flow in Unley, is vital for my healthy and vitality.
I am proud of my fulfilled life in my many roles including being Mary, a wife to Ian, a mother, Nana, dog owner, a director of my company SAGE insights - a people development company.
I love my life and my work as I assist people I love and people I meet to be manifest the life and relationships they really desire. Together we understand the POWerful moments of pain to create the WOW moments of wonder, living the present moment in gratitude.
