Marzia started practicing yoga in 2005 when she moved to China where she lived and worked as an architect for almost eight years.
Marzia immediatelly saw the yoga practice as a means to achieve a state of balance between mind and body.
In Shanghai and Beijing she had the opportunity to practice various styles of yoga with internationally renowned teachers, and, in 2010, she finally met the teacher who became her guru: the Canadian master Waylon Belding.
With Waylon marzia discovers the power of yoga dynamic through which conceives the power of now.

In 2013, back in Italy, marzia began her first training teacher's training in Hatha and Raja yoga with the master Giovanni Formisano.
In 2014 Marzia went for the first time in Mysore, India, to study Ashtanga Vinyasa with the Indian master Ajay Kumar.
Marzia is now organizing teacher's training for her master waylon Belding and she is studying to become advanced yoga teachers.
Marzia teaches weekly classes of Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Vinyasa.
