An internationally renowned Yoga teacher, Masha Radha, though originally from Russia, is a true Hindu Yogini at heart. She was born with an urge to explore her inner world and experience real bliss."Her yearnings inevitably attracted her to the study of Yoga and Tantra. She says -'the experiences of the inner self are always overwhelming. The inquiry into the self is like peeling an onion. Each layer reveals a new understanding of personalities and aspects of the ego. The experience of confronting the ego might be painful, but acceptance becomes a teaching: transforming pain into blissful creativity."
Yogini Masha Radha has taught many modalities of bodywork for over twenty years, yet her passion remains true to Applied Yoga Therapies and Universal Tantra Yoga. Working with the body and its ever- new revelations, is the area of research and exploration for her.
Her expertise in yoga includes: classical Hatha-Tantra and Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Sivananda style, as well as Divine healing and Ayurvedic stretches.
The yogini's other accomplishments are: a degree in Economics as well as expertise gained from London School of Pilates, Russian Academy of Fitness, Chinese body massage, Reiki etc. She also enjoys practising nutritious Ethno - Ayurvedic cooking.
She has now found her ideal place of peace in the spiritually-rich and beautiful city of Rishikesh, India and shares her years of acquired knowledge , by giving therapies, teacher-trainings and daily classes at the Applied Yoga Studio here, of which she is a Director.

Extremely pleases

I'm extremely pleased with Mashas teaching and would happily recommend to give her a visit while in Rishikesh. She has a depth of visdom and knowledge which is quite rare to find.
