Yoga & meditation opened up a whole new world for me. One where my personal transformations were met with joy, love and support from a like-minded community. It helped me to experience and accept all the parts of who I am. I think of yoga as a tool to increase our capacity to deal with life. It builds stability, strength, individuality and community. It's union. It's self-study, self-discipline. It's non-stealing - not even a moment from yourself. It's letting go; needing nothing and becoming one with all. Yoga allows you to step into your full potential, on and off the mat.

My classes incorporate all-levels asanas, meditation and mantras that encourage the mind, body and spirit to reach for the higher essence of the self. Learn more at
