Kim began her yoga practice at the Yoga Loft in 2011 when she started working the front desk and taking class regularly. She graduated from the Yoga Loft's 200 hour teacher certification program in May 2015. Kim worked as a massage therapist for twelve years and incorporates this life experience into a unique approach to her yoga class, exploring the nexus between anatomy and yoga. Through the Teacher Training program she has been able to deepen her knowledge of the yogic philosophy and apply her understanding of the anatomy to her yoga practice. Her favorite teaching style is a creative, alignment based Vinyasa flow. Email:
