I am a Vinyasa Flow Yoga Instructor. I focus greatly on pranayama (breathing) and pay lots of attention to proper alignment. My approach is gentle enough for any age, yet rigorous enough to give all a challenging practice.
I love my Yoga, love my teachers and love my students. Nothing makes me happier than to see a new yoga student walk into class and leave with a total sense of embodiment and awe and of course returning over and over to the mat. ;3
