Originally from India, Mayank is a trained classical yoga teacher under Bihar/Satyananda Yoga tradition. He has been practicing yoga for over a decade and has recently graduated from the programme of Yogic Studies at Bihar School of Yoga.

Mayank’s approach is to incorporate yoga into daily lifestyle for maintaining a harmony between body, mind and emotions. He wishes to share the knowledge of yoga in a way that enables people to live with energy and joy and to move through daily struggles effortlessly.
