I've been a Yoga practitioner and teacher for more than 30 years, Registered Senior Yoga Australia member; influenced by Iyengar, Ashtanga and Yoga Synergy styles of Hatha Yoga. I teach dynamic and restorative Asana depending on the group or individual, with emphasis on conscious breathing and mindfulness, creating spaciousness within the Asana; Pranayama and Meditation a strong focus as well, allowing us to go deeper into true contact with the Self and accept, forgive and let go of the past; anticipate the future with joy and openness; be in the now
