Meg James is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2013 at Wilmington Yoga Center. She has since earned E-RYT 200 and RYT300 credentials as well. She is grateful for the influence of her teachers and mentors over the years, including Kristin Cooper, Noelle Whittington, Tamal Dodge, Meghan Currie, Sharon Salzburg and Hilary Garivaltis.
Meg loves that there is a yoga practice for every life phase, ability and energy level. She is experienced teaching a variety of styles, from gentle & restorative practices to advanced and hot power yoga. She enjoys sharing creative, intelligently sequenced Vinyasa flow classes. When joining Meg on the mat, expect challenging, safe and fun classes designed to bring awareness to the whole individual: mind, body and spirit.
