I was first drawn to Yoga over 10 years ago in New Zealand, and have been hooked ever since! I love the sense of adventure and vitality that can accompany regular practice, just as much as I love the sense of space, release and relaxation.

My intention in teaching yoga is to offer a relaxing environment, in which others can share and explore their own practice, and develop greater sensitivity and awareness of both body and mind through movement.

Having practiced Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Anusara and Acro Yoga to date, I tend to blend various styles - incorporating gentle, restorative postures, with those which promote strength, flexibility and balance.

I believe that Yoga is accessible to anyone. Come, give it a Your space on the mat awaits :-)
