Megan's passion for all things yoga is one that is sure to get you on your mat daily! Her inspiring and heartfelt approach to health makes it accessible and transformational.

Megan’s journey into yoga began during her University years as a dancer looking for more peace of mind and harmony in her body. She enjoyed practicing a number of styles until 2008 when she did her first Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with Jane Foody in the USA. This experience was a breakthrough of connection between her mind and body. She wanted to share the benefits experienced with as many as she could through teaching, with an intention to guide others on their own path.

After relocating to Sydney, she continued her training completing her 200 Hour course with Nicole Goodwin from InYoga Surry Hills, and her 500 Hour course in India with John Ogilvie from Byron Yoga Centre. She continues to participate in Master classes around the world to be continually inspired. Today, she most resonates with the teachings of Bryan Kest, Ana Forrest, and Maty Ezraty.

Megan believes that yoga can be used as a tool for immense healing, connection, and balance. She feels privileged to share her experience with others, always learning along the way. Her teaching style is a culmination of study in dance, multiple yoga styles, neuroscience, and anatomy, infused with a light-hearted, fun approach to practice.
