I began my journey with yoga more than five years ago by casually attending community yoga classes. What started as a fun way to exercise and relieve stress, quickly turned into a passion and lifestyle.
Taking the step to participate in a yoga teacher training was a natural progression, and I received my Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200 certification in January 2015 after studying at Arrichion Hot Yoga under Quinn Reynolds and Lisako Koga. Today, I teach vinyasa and hatha classes, and love continuing to learn about all aspects of yoga.
My yoga practice amplifies my love for life by keeping me balanced, flexible and focused, both on and off the mat. Yoga reminds me to remain positive and present in every moment, whether it’s in a yoga class or while on an exciting adventure (when she’s not on her mat or at her communications job, she’s traveling – or planning travels – around the world).
My goal as a teacher is to share this wonderful practice with others in a fun, encouraging way.
