Megan offers a fresh approach to discovering what works best for you in your yoga practice—an approach informed by her specialized knowledge in nutrition, breath work, mediation, and yoga techniques. She is highly intuitive and sensitive to the needs of students and their unique situations, on or off the mat. Megan recognizes that the physical and spiritual realms are deeply connected, and she is committed to helping guide your journey to a healthier body, heart, and soul. She teaches at all levels, and is RYT 200. Megan will help students feel more centered in mind and body and achieve a greater sense
